Chromebook Standard White Glove Enrollment Service

This service is only available to customers who purchase Chromebooks & Google Chrome Enterprise Upgrade licenses from Genesis Technologies.

This is a White Glove Standard Enrollment service that is performed for customers who purchase Chromebooks from Genesis Technologies, and also purchase Google Chrome Enterprise Upgrade  Licenses. Customers must provide enterprise enrollment credentials (Google console access is strongly recommended to perform real time provisioning audits to ensure quality assurance and timely production).

The provisioning package includes device enrollment, OS update, WiFi SSID pre-configuration and DOA avoidance.

This means the customer will have peace of mind knowing their Chromebook will arrive fully functional, enrolled into the end user’s domain, updated OS version, and automatically connect to the customer’s WiFi SSID (if provided). The end user will only have to power on the device, and it will already be fully provisioned; no additional steps required.
